How to Combine CSS and JavaScript File in WP Super Cache

    I have important issue in WP Super Cache that there is no option for combining the CSS and JavaScript files.

    This is my site: http://www.gethow.org

    I have around 4 to 5 JavaScript files and 5 to 6 CSS Files. Let me know how to combine these files in a single file.
