• We have two identical sites, one live and one for testing. The CDN Custom File List URL replacement seems to work on the test site but not on the live site. CDN URL replacements are working for the “common directories”.

The live site was cloned from the test site. I believe the process for the “move” was done properly and can find no instance of the test site URL in the new site, either run the db or the files.

Unlike the test site, the WP files for new site are in a subdirectory, i.e. http://mysite.com/www. Again, I think this was done properly and there are no other known problems with the site.

All code is the latest. WP 3.8.1 and W3TC 0.9.3

I’ve literally spent days trying to fix this issue. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

This has been confirmed by the folks at W3 Total Cache as an issue. The problem appears to be that the CDN “custom files list” is not properly applied when the WordPress install is not at the root folder.

The folks at W3 Total Cache have been incredible to work with and their product is superb.
