Plugin Suggestion (maps, mashups)

I’ve been through most of the mapping plugins available for wordpress, and haven’t exactly found what I’m looking for. I may just need to code it myself, but was hopeful a plugin exists.

Requirements:

• map creation/marker placement on a custom post type. Not a shortcode builder, but a meta section for map with geocoding.Several plugins exist with this type of functionality.
• A mashup map of all geocoded posts. Map should have a popup window on each marker with the post title and featured image. There are several plugins that have you create a map separately from posts, but this is not what I want. I want every marker to be tied to a post specifically.
