Error when instaling 2.1.2

    I am trying to do a clean instal of 2.1.2 and when I activate the plugin and go to the front end I am getting the below error.

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_country_locale() on a non-object in /home/#######/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-frontend-scripts.php on line 132

    Anyone know why this would be happingin?

    I have tried to un instal and do a new instal in case if some files were missing.

    hello. I soved this issue by adding a line with WC()->init(); in the start of function load_scripts() in file class-wc-frontend-scripts.php (around line 55)
