Header remaining Full colour

    Hi there

    I have inserted my own Header however I want it to remain in Full colour (not opaque when your not hovering over it ). I believe I have to install a child Theme.
    1.How do I install Child Theme?
    2.How do I then make the Header Colour all the time?
    3.How do I make the Header full width of screen?
