changing fonts

I upload 2 fonts. I would like to change the font of the Primary and Secondary Navigation. And the logo of the Website Name/Tag line. I have tried putting code into the advanced customization CSS block. But not seeing the changes I would expect to see.

I think this should be to set the font for the secondary navigation, and others:

I have tried numerous things for the logo/tagline .

The fonts are not changing for any of them. I am able to isolate the element and change in Chrome, but not have success in WordPress.

Any recommendation? thanks
