    Thanks for the question.

    That functionality has not yet been created, although a skilled programmer could implement it for you. I’ve had that feature request since the first public release, and I’ve never committed to implementing it because it is time consuming to implement. However, since it has been consistently in demand for years, I’m ready to commit to developing this feature.

    For the last couple of months, I’ve added a lot of new features to the free version of the ticket software available here, leaving the PRO version untouched since early December 2013. Since this feature requires a fair amount of work, and it’s not something I need or want myself, I’m going to make the next update of the PRO version contain this new feature (along with a couple other handy PRO exclusive features.) Fair warning though, I’ve got a lot on my plate, so it may be or a month or two before this large of a feature set is fully programmed, tested, and ready for release.

    There are no many options for a plugin with post support tickets via email feature.
