Non US letters larger than others

Hi,
i tried to use non us letters in the text and got a really strange result. Non us letters are larger than normal letters. I’ve tried on couple of browsers and OS-es and the end result is the same . Here are the letters so you can check it by yourself. When using some other theme than quark the letters are ok in size.
