    Hi,

    first of all thanks for this wonderful plugin.
    I have switched from a different theme and now there are some problems with gravity forms. The form “contact” works, the form “user submissions” is completly out of order.

    1. Suddenly I have an upload limit of 2 mb.
    2. The featured image doen´t work (whether on standard or image post type). It´s in the wordpress media library, but not attached to the post. Tried with easy add thumbnail, doesn´t work either.
    3. Just the body (text field) is submitted, nothing else. I work with custom fields.
    4. After submitting I get a white page.

    Do you have any expirience about that? Thanks in advance

    If you’ve purchased a premium plugin, they should have a dedicated support team.

    Have a look here.

    I don’t know if this is a theme issue or not but it may be best to check both options if you haven’t already!

    Try reverting back to your previous theme to see if the problem still occurs – if it does, it’s more likely to be the plugin – if it doesn’t, it is likely to be the theme.

    With the other theme everything is o.k.

    If i set the post format in the gravity form to image, nothing happens. If i choose standard post format, it works nearly perfect, beside the featured image, auto-watermark and the problem with the upload image.

    So, i have to set the standard post format in the form, and change it while reviewing to image format. Puh…

    The next thing is, that there are no custom fields shown up in the excerpt of the post on the front side.

    It´s not a gravity thing, i just have to find a solution with hueman.

    Changing things manualy is not what i want for a bulk of submissions.

    Any ideas?

    I´ve checked again the issue with the file size limit. The server settings allow 20 mb. What can it be beside this?

    The form “contact” works, the form “user submissions” is completly out of order.

    The only thing I can think of is that the theme applies form styling from it’s css to pages. So, you could try to change this in page.php:

    <div class="entry themeform">

    To:

    <div class="entry">

    To disable all in-built form styling.

    The other issues sound javascript-conflict related possibly.

    Thanks for your help. I run the “No-Conflict”-Mode in Gravity-Settings and everything is o.k.

    Ah that’s good @tadaeus, unfortunately I don’t use Gravity Forms so would never have known that. Glad you’ve sorted it now though!
