passing custom image values to lightbox

    Hi, I have custom fields created for my media (images). These include, Title, Price, description, etc. I’m using the default wordpress editor to create the gallery of images. Then, when you click the images, they open in a lightbox. My problem is that I need to pass those custom fields to be displayed in the lightbox. Any ideas on where and how I can pass this PHP over to the lightbox? Thanks.
