Push page down, but not remain at top of page

Hi folks,

Thanks for this fabulous plugin. I’m trying to set the bar to push the page down but not remain at the top of the page. However, whenever I select “yes” for “push page down”, it automatically selects “yes” for “remain at top of page”.

Is there a way to set it so that the bar will push the page down, but not remain at the top of the page?
