ideal (ing basic) gravity form – not redirecting to ideal

    Hi,

    Just installed this plugin to integrate with a gravity form. I’ve run the tests and succesfully did a transaction from the test form (in live modus).

    In the gravity form I have a price field and radio buttons to let users select the payment gateway. In the ideal configurations I’ve enabled the conditional statement and selected the ideal field from the radio buttons.

    When a user submits the form, with ideal selected as payment gateway, the user is not redirected to ideal. Any idea what this could be? Under entries for the form the status for payment is ‘process’.

    I can’t reproduce this problem on Pronamic iDEAL v2.6.7, can you retry this on the latest version of Pronamic iDEAL and Gravity Forms?

    Hi,

    I already solved it and if I remember correctly it was related to ajax. I have disabled ajax for the form and used conditional logic to reduce the size of the form. Thank you anyway for coming back to this.
