Problem with email…

I was hoping this recent update would have fixed my problem but it did not. When I try to use any email plugin to contact registered users through WordPress, the plugins cannot propagate user emails.

I am also having a problem with notification emails from link library plugin. The author says it is not on his end and I should contact you guys…

Any ideas? Any way to check the propagating user issue?

I can send and receive single emails and my contact form works. Just affects outgoing mail.
