How to write a page linking to a certain URL

    Hello,

    I am using WordPress 2.5.1, now I wish to add a Page in my top menu, which would link to a different URL.

    As with wordpress write page option, there is no way which I find to do this,

    can any one please help ?

    1. You could hardcode that in your header.php

    2. Or, grab the Redirectify plugin, create the Page called MyPage (or whatever), save that page. Then edit that page and add a Custom Field with a Key of ‘redirect’ and a Value of the url of your forum software.

    Note: saving the Page before adding Custom Fields is necessary to work-around a known bug!
