I need top recover my account and update my admin page. My password and username do not work! I have spent so much time trying to make it work. One problem could be that a registered email for me is out of date and I cannot remember it as it was so long ago.

Please can you help. I need to have access to my site and update it. http://www.julianvilarrubi.com

Hi neobarcelona1974,

You should be able to just make a new account. If you purchased premium please let us know and we can switch it to the new account you make.

We keep everyone’s password encrypted and can’t access it ourselves.
