php file with strange name in the root directory

    In my wordpress root directory (where wp-config.php, etc.) files are present, there is a php file with strange name — Tp8khvq4.php.

    Inside the file, there are commands referring to passthru, has_exec, can_exec, etc.

    It refers to XERATUTA.

    Is this some kind of a bug? Should I delete that file?
