Recipes not counted in archive links

Hi Brecht,
I’ve found that recipe posts are not counted in the monthly archives of the blog. If I open the archive they are showed but they not increase the counters. This cause that if in one month i post only recipe that months are not showed in the archive links in the archive widget and moreover the posts count of the months is completely useless.

I don’t know if there are some options that I can change for fix this or if it’s a limit of the plugin (… in this case I hope that will be fixed soon).

Do you have any suggestion?
