discount code not working

    I’ve noticed a couple of days ago that the discount code works fine until customers were transferred to the merchant gateway (Ogone). the price customers needed to pay was the original one.

    anybody experiencing something similar? Any help is very much appreciated.

    I’m sorry but we can no longer offer support for the Ogone gateway.

    Hi Esmi,

    thanks for your reply. Do you mean you don’t provide FREE support anymore, or eShop does not support Ogone in general?

    We do not offer any support for Ogone other than the gateway module supplied with the core plugin.
