I don’t know if this is because I’m on a tablet, but the image is coming up so small and blurry for me that I can’t really see anything.
Did you recently change themes / add a plugin / do anything else that may have avfected the templates or display?
the problem on the image is.. something like this
all the words on admin post list is like

yw
or
ds
and it goes all the same with the post title it self and another thing as well.. its all lining up vertical
yes i was updating a plugin.. ( http://wordpress.org/plugins/remove-taxonomy-base-slug/ )
but i already try to deactivate and delete it.. got no effect at all
