RSS feed scope next-month

Hello,

today, 31. January 2014 I did setup a rss feed using next-month as scope.

$args = array_merge(array('scope'=>'next-month', 'owner'=>false, 'limit'=>$page_limit, 'page'=>1), $args);

I expected to get all events of February. But I get the events of March.
Do I something wrong? Is it a Bug?
