Translate "continue reading"

    Using Fourteen Extended 1.1.9 on the Dutch version of WordPress 3.8.1 I found that when setting to use excerpts on the blog feed, it will display “continue reading” instead of the Dutch translation “verder lezen”.
    An explicit more tag in an article will be (correctly) in Dutch, though.
    How and where can I translate “continue reading”?
