Exclude does not work

    I just tested and exclude works.

    Can you reply with the shortcode you are using?

    One thing I notice, if you copy/paste from WordPress, it will copy the styling of the shortcode into your editor. If the shortcode is copied in this way, you will have other HTML markup in the shortcode which may explain your problem.
