Change hover colour of menu – Responsive Theme

Hey guys,

My site: http://www.carat-consultants.co.uk/wordpress/ currently has an orange menu, and when hovered over it shows as grey, would anyone be able to help me as to how I can get the hover colour to be blue rather than grey?

I’m using the free Responsive theme.
