Unknown admin called "wordpress" keeps coming back

I recently noticed an administrator on one of my WP websites that I did not create. The username is “wordpress” and there is no information associated with the account. I’ve deleted it multiple times but it keeps returning. Any thoughts on what this could be? I’m assuming it’s not a standard WP thing so any help would be greatly appreciated.
