Change subsite name multisite/subfolders

Hello guys, I have WP 3.8 latest, subfolders set up, buddypress installed on secondary blog (www.example.com/site2), multi-db plugiin installed by Incsub

I would like to change http://www.example.com/site2 to http://www.example.com/2site

Can this be done without bringing the site down?
What are the steps to take?
