[Plugin: Scribefire] Login Failure

Scribefire works perfectly for me on my regular blog and it also works perfectly on a blog I use for testing on the wordpress.com blogs.

My problem is that it refuses to connect to blogs that I have created using wordpressMu. I repeatedly get login failures and I am completely certain that I am entering the correct login name and pwd.

It has to be something I’m doing wrong because wordpress.com’s user blogs are all on top of wordpressMu and I can Scribefire to blogs there without a hitch.

I double-checked the xmlrpc.php file and it does exist where shown in Scribefire Options and contains (as far as I can tell) the correct code.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to build a community blogging site that will stand on the shoulders of Scribefire to allow the participants easily keep their blogs without having to set them up or deal with the backend at all. But I also don’t want to to have to build them each an individual stand-alone blog so wordpressMu is essential.
