    Hi Peter,

    Indeed, one IP can rate one item – just one time. If the IPs were different and still ratings didn’t update, then probably you need to see the jQuery version on your site and ensure it’s one of the latest version.

    Ok i understand. Everybody was on the same wifi apparently.

    So if it was giving with no wifi, the ratings would have been updated?

    I can’t really advise on that but – what I can say is –

    One IP can rate one item – just one time. This is done intentionally so there will be no abuse to the rating system. And we always advise to try and get only genuine ratings which helps in longer run.

    I understand Sujay,

    You are great my friend and done a great job!

    But i can show you that my customer have buyed 9 different products and also the same product twice from me. And unfortunately i only received 1 rating because of the system.

    Too bad for me, but again i understand the system.
