Does not move the slider to scroll when selecting parent page

    Hi! I Noticed that the new version 3.8 has a small bug. When you create a page and selecting the parent page from the list, scroll through the list of pages you can just mouse wheel. Scroll slider is not caught the left mouse button. If many pages, it is quite uncomfortable.
