Backup with a new domain name redirect on previous domain name

Hi all,

I wanted to make a sister site to make some test without creating possible mistakes on the original one.
So I have duplicated the Database and duplicated the files from FTP.

But now when I want to access to the duplicate site under an other domain name there is a redirection to the original one (with the original domain name).

Do you have some ideas ?
