I found you must click on “Downgrade to Normal Listing” on Directory 😉

I’m not sure I follow–the thumbnails only appear if you downgraded the listing to a normal listing?
What version of BD are you running? What version of WP?
What happens if you switch to TwentyTwelve or some similar default theme as a test? Do you see the images then?
Does this problem happen in all browsers?

Hello, I tested with another theme, another browser, the images never appeared in the widget except when I activate “Downgrade to Normal Listing” on Directory “..
I use WP 3.8 and BD 3.2.3

I will have my developer investigate this issue. That should not be the case.

We’re still working on it. We’re about to push a release out the door, so the timing of the issue wasn’t awesome. We need to finish the testing and release and then we can work on it. Sorry for the delay on that.

My developer looked at this locally–the screenshots you showed are of the Random Listing widget displaying, which has BOTH featured and normal listings in it. Your configuration shot is for the featured ads widget, which is not the same. The Featured Listings widget will only show the featured listings (downgrading will not actually display the listings in the featured widget).
The random listings widget doesn’t show images right now–that’s something we’re going to change. Featured listings will, but only when you have featured listings (which your random widget didn’t tell us).
