Double image in posts

    Ciao,
    I’m using SmartAdapt and I have this problem:
    when I create new article I write title, description and I load new image file using button “Add Media”.

    If I load new media from file and I publish the article e double image appears in the post, one small and one bigger.

    If I use media choosing from existing media everything is ok.

    I don’t load “Image in evidence”
    Can you help me?
