    I get error messages when trying to create a form on wordpress multisite sub site

    brody182: You want to threaten the author to give you support on your terms for a free plugin? And with the consequence of making it harder for the rest of us to discover good plugins like Ninja Forms by unfairly rating it down?

    Methinks you are not a good person.

    You can leave whatever review you feel is appropriate but from that sticky link in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum (emphasis is mine):

    We actively follow up on all tickets submitted at the site above, whether you signup for a Basic (FREE) or Priority (PAID) account.

    Plugin support has always been 100% optional for any plugin hosted in the WordPress repo. But the plugin author prefers to provide support on their own site and that’s cool too.

    Please base your review on your actual experience with the plugin and author and not based solely on how you’d prefer support was offered.

    ive avoided this plugin ever since i paid money for the plugin when it was commercial, which was a total waste since its now free.

    @chris, We once offered a LITE version and a PRO version. The only change we’ve really made is we made the FREE version better and we’ve made the features that were in PRO extensions.

    When we moved over you got those PRO features as extensions rolled into your account. You would pay more for those features if you paid for them today versus when you did back then so I’m not sure why you’re unhappy.

    Regardless, these forums and the reviews are about the FREE plugin that we offer to the community and not our business model.
