Nav bar not showing

    It should show up automagically but not all themes play nice. If you can set me up with a temporary admin login I can take a look later tonight. Best way to share this with me would be to open a ticket within our support desk, http://webphysiology.zendesk.com/ (marking this resolved and will pick up there).
