Warning before and after install plugin

    Hello,

    I have problem on my localhost, when i will install plugins, there is a warning message like this at the bottom of the Add New page:

    Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in C:/xampp/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 77

    and after I installed the plugin there is a warning message like this:

    I use xampp-win32-1.8.2-2-VC9 and also try to use xampp-win32-1.8.3-2-VC11 but bring the same results

    can anyone help me?

    Different local server software have different criteria to handle wordpress functions.

    To get a smooth and reliable local server experience for wordpress, I would suggest you to use Microsoft Webmatrix.

    It comes with all one one and install the wordpress, theme and plugin very smoothly.

    To install WordPress in Webmatrix check installing WordPress locally
