• Is there code available to simply size everything down to fit a mobile screen? I tried the code, ‘Remove Zoom Effect’ but that didn’t help.

Currently, when the site is view on a small screen, it squishes everything together. It make it easier to read the page, but looks terrible.

    I appreciate any help!

  • Customizr is “responsive” and looks great on a mobile screen. Perhaps you made some modifications that don’t take the smaller screens into account? If you link to your site, we can diagnose what’s happening.

The current domain that I’m building the site on is http://www.crackedmarketing.com. I didn’t use the feature pages because I wanted content above that section and didn’t want to go through the process of “unhooking” the section using a code in a child theme.

The pages that don’t look so great in mobile are the ‘home page’, ‘about us’, and ‘contact us’. The ‘projects’ page looks ok with the image gallery, but I had intended to remove the gallery and add the images like I did on the home page.

    I appreciate your suggestions.

    Thanks!

You also currently have some broken code on the home page.

Re the squashing, try using Customizr’s underlying twitter bootstrap scaffolding to organise your photos and text columns. This will then automatically flow them onto new rows on mobile devices. That is, they won’t squish horizontally, but will expand vertically instead.

For an example, see what I did here and compare the desktop with a mobile.
