Meta Slider Buffer Issues & Widget Issues

2 Issues:

The First; I have an excessive buffer following my Meta Slider on my homepage. How can I eliminate some of the white space between the slider and the circle icons? I would normally check the page in text or visual mode to ensure there isn’t some erroneous code hiding somewhere, but it doesn’t appear to be an option on the home page. The Second; A much larger issue making my website build a PITA. When editing a widget in pagebuilder (any widget) there is a formatting error that will not display the full box. It appears the footer is overlapping the box and not allowing you to access the text boxes. Thus I cannot build using the pagebuilder at all. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies and tried every browser I have. I have also tried both PC & mac but I have the issue on all of them.
