Are my W3 Total Cache settings interfering with my Hello Bar

    I tried adding the Hello Bar code to my site… in custom.css – I assume that’s an okay place to put it… but it’s not working. The Hello Bar site says that W3TC will sometimes mess with it, but I have no clue what settings to change. Any help would be appreciated.
