Menu items not working as expected

Had a couple of people tell me my menu items are not linked properly. The irritating thing is that I cannot detect this (therefore cannot trouble shoot it) from my end. I have tried from my wife’s chromebook and my laptop, using chrome and firefox.
The three items are:

“Film, Television, & Videos”

“Networking”

“Education & Resources”

The items are supposed to be non-clickable and instead, on hover, are supposed to reveal a slide-out menu to the right.

Works fine on my end. How do I troubleshoot this?
