Latest Update Disabled "Add Media" in page/post screens

    Hello,

    I just updated to version 2.1.2 and now when editing posts/pages when I click on the “Add Media” button nothing happens and a few jQuery errors are logged in the console. As soon as I disabled the plugin then I had the functionality back. I’ll be reverting for now. Thanks!
