  • Even my stats are showing 0. Enabled the plugin some 3-4 days ago and still it shows 0 visits/pageviews. While google analytics shows all the hits. I am using WP v2.5.1

    Hm, maybe it’s system-wide? I installed on WP 2.5.1 a few days ago too and haven’t seen a single visitor reported…

    Same here. It’s reporting no visitors by google analytics and my comments say otherwise.

    yeah, same here. Since I updated to WP2.5.1, my WordPress stats plugin stats is zero 🙁

    i too seem to have this “bug”… *sigh*

    And it worked so well 🙂

    did you guys tried doing what it says on the FAQ page of the plugin?

    What if the stats don’t start showing up? Do I need anything special in my theme?

    Yes, your theme must have a call to <?php wp_footer(); ?> at the very bottom right before the </body> tag.

    from: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/stats/faq/

    I was having the same problem and just tryed this solution

    not sure if it this working or not, so please visit my blog so i know if this worked or not

    best regard,

    * your theme must have a call to <?php wp_footer(); ?>
    * at the very bottom right before the </body> tag.

    In which file?

    My footer.php has that, so I’m cool?

    Both themes i use have wp_footer in there…

    Not working. My old site always had that in there and it worked fine up untill 5 days ago.

    I have been having this problem for months. I put in the call to wp_footer as noted in the FAQ and that still didn’t fix it. Did a complete uninstall/redownload/reinstall when I upgraded to 2.5.1 and that also had no effect. Guess I’m finally going to give up on this – it’s a shame, I loved Stats when it worked.
