    Hi Ben,
    Thank you for reporting this.

In this early version, we require the PDO class (http://php.net/pdo)

However, starting with version 2.0 we will move to a fully native mysql implementation that doesn’t require any additional modules on your system.

In the mean time, we will implement a checking functionality that will display a nicer message to the users.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks Yani. For now I’ll stick with an SQL dump, look forward to the new version.

    Hey Ben,

I just spoke with the other developers and we decided that this is a very urgent and high priority request. We are working on a fix right now and will release it later today.

I will let you know here when we release the new version.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

    Hey Ben,

The new version is released. It supports all available php mysql drivers – mysql, mysqli and PDO.

Let me know if something is not behaving properly for you.
    Thank you!
