I add to the sidebar , can put title but the form field is disabled , why ? and in front of I see just [contact-form-7 id=””]

You need to install contact form 7 please and add your actual form there:

It’s verified to work on 3.8 – What error message are you getting?

1. Active contact form 7
2. Setup your contact form in contact form 7
3. Use this widget to access the contact form
