all plugins, all files say (inactive)

    While working on a plugin, none of the files I seem to modify have any effect on the plugin. I then noticed that the files said inactive and at that point realized all the files in all my plugins say inactive. Well, not everyone single one but almost.

    I’ve searched everywhere and really not been able to find any answer. I feel like this is a bad situation but I’m lost here. Any any ideas would be great
