backup folder and FTP?

    Hi,

    I did some back up days ago. Now the hosting (godaddy sucks) messed up my hosting change plan. So my FTP was gong and they had to spend a week restoring it.

    Just wonder when I did the backup, what is the folder? Is it also part of the FTP?

    Trying to find a zip that might have been saved somewhere. Thanks
