Background image not showing, text color not changing

    Hi JoyfulArt,

    This is a small color code error. Check snap here
    snap-1
    snap-2

    Color is starting with # like for white color- #FFFFFF
    But your color is selected without # code is – FFFFFF

    So go to the plugin setting panel, Open design tab then select the color and check that color happening Start with #.

    I have tried to change this code, but it keeps reverting back to the FFFFFF without the # sign.

    I’ve not had this problem with other sites.

    Should I uninstall it and reinstall?

    Yes,you should uninstall it and then again install.May be i’ts a installation error
