• Hello,

I can’t use the FTP option. I entered in everything correctly. Keep getting one of two errors:

Target path doesn’t exist (typo…your plugin says “Targer”)
    Unknown error

I have tried every single option, and have entered my credentials in the specified format – Username:Password@ftpsite.com

    Normal route works fine.

  • same here ftp does not work for me

    debug:

    Upload failed!
    Targer folder doesn’t exist.
    Failed upload path: ftp://xxx:yyy@ftp.domain.com/uploads/o1.doc
Error. Could not extract ftp information from ‘ftpinfo’ attribute. Check its syntax.

This might be due to the fact that the ftp username contains a @ symbol. Unfortunately that is dictated by my hoster.

so the ftp credentials look like test@domain.com:passwd@ftp.domain.com

I can confirm that if your username or password contains an ‘@’ symbol, the plugin can not use the correct credentials to login.

I am confirming that my username and password does not have the @ symbol in it.

then our issue are not related because mine works fine as long as i avoid the @

Yes – I also am having the same problem and would love to get this working. Any support from developer? Like “impactgroup451” the upload works fine with “normal” folder access. So the path is correct. I get the following error …

    Failed upload path: /home/myusername/public_html/wp-content/uploads/client-files/myfilename.png
Error. Could not resolve ftp target filename. Check the domain in ‘ftpinfo’ attribute.

    My upload path was “uploads/client-files/”

the ftpinfo and path is correct …
    username:password@domain.com

    Any thoughts?
