Moving WP site from one host to another

    I’m in the process of moving my site from Justhost to BlueHost. I looked at both the codex info on this as well as support forums. There seem to be quite a variance of opinions and procedures on how to do this, including amongst administrators. A clean cut and authoritative answer would be helpful.
