site loads slow in IE10 and IE11

i’m using w3 cache plugin to optimize my site but i’m facing this problem, search on google but didn’t find any solution.
my site load time is below 4-5 sec in other browser.
but in IE 10 its load in 5.5 sec
in IE11 it takes more then 10 sec.
