how do I tweet a post?

Do you have a step by step guide that shows me how this works? I love the concept, but I just don’t have any guidance on how to tweet something. Here’s a practical way I can really use this (and get lots of people asking me how I do it…hence an opportunity for exposure for YOU!…and a reason for me to buy you a beer):
1. I make highlights in my kindle manager (see here as an example: https://kindle.amazon.com/post/T_yg3zb2QYar10esabAxSQ)
2. I like to tweet those quotes. Here’s an example: http://t.co/UhS3SxrXgm)
3. I want that to show up as a post in my post drafts in my WP dashboard.

is that what this plugin does?

How do i actually tweet posts to my post drafts?
