Multisite: "Delete Cache" link shows up on the users admin bar

    On multisite “Delete Cache” link shows up on the users admin bar. The blog owner has no permissions to delete the cache.
    I think the check in the wp-cache.php file (inside the plugin directory) is wrong.

    The problem might be in this function:
    supercache_admin_bar_render()

    The blog owner (not the site owner), can’t delete others posts, but the “Delete Cache” link on the admin bar shows up anyway.
